Paul M. Vargas Esq. LL.M.. Mr. Vargas has been a practicing attorney since 2004. He received his J.D., Cum Laude, from Western Michigan Law School and a Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.) with honors in 2010 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He has successfully represented individuals, investors and businesses in startup, investment and merger and acquisitions transactions. Additionally, Mr. Vargas represented individuals and business in tax consulting, tax controversy and tax litigation matters. He has represented clients in trial in front of the U.S. Tax Court.
